Ranjana is specialized in yoga chikitsya, or yoga therapy from the Ashtanga School of yoga in Mysore, India. The focus of this practice is to maintain the health and integrity of the spine and prevent the avoidable aches and pains associated with being seated for most of the day. There will also be a 5-minute guided meditation at the end of each class.
